6-Month Recovery Program
Target Population: Individuals seeking comprehensive, long-term recovery support with a focus on personal growth, community connection, and relapse prevention. This program is flexible to create support for the primary participant and for their families.

Case Management Tasks for Post-RJ Circle Support
Target Population: Participants in the 6-Month Restorative Justice Program open to all ages and gender.

Central Oregon Reentry Roadmap & Empowerment (CORE) - Pre-Release Guide Project Summary:
First Light, in partnership with Fossa, proposes the development of CORE, a comprehensive digital and physical reentry resource toolkit tailored for Central Oregon. Addressing the critical gap in centralized and accessible resources for individuals reentering the community from incarceration, CORE will empower both returning citizens and service providers (parole/probation officers, non-profits, healthcare) with the tools they need to navigate the reentry process successfully.
ACE-CO (Access Centralized Empowerment - Central Oregon) Project Summary:
First Light, in partnership with Fossa, is developing a groundbreaking mobile app, Fossa ACE-CO, to revolutionize access to essential resources in rural Central Oregon. ACE-CO is a culturally adaptive, user-friendly platform designed to empower marginalized communities by simplifying the navigation of healthcare services, addiction counseling, education, job opportunities, transportation, housing, and government programs.
Nurturing Inclusive Communities Through Collaborative Empowerment (NICE)Project Summary:
First Light's NICE project is a community-driven initiative designed to foster thriving, inclusive communities in Central Oregon. We will partner with grassroots organizations and community leaders to empower marginalized groups through culturally responsive capacity-building initiatives. Our holistic approach will address systemic inequities and promote a sense of belonging.
First Light Hub & Mobile Outreach Compassionate Care for Central Oregon's Unhoused:
First Light's new Hub and Mobile Outreach Program offers vital wrap-around services to the medically fragile and unhoused populations in Bend's 2nd Street, Dirt World, and China Hat areas. We provide critical support, from housing and employment assistance to healthcare and nutrition, delivered with cultural sensitivity and a trauma-informed approach. By integrating a central hub with mobile outreach, we're building a stronger, healthier, and more equitable Central Oregon. Partner with us to make a lasting impact on our community.
Rekindling Resilience–Self-Care & Burnout Prevention Strategies Project Summary:
First Light, in partnership with Fossa and Path 47, proposes a comprehensive program to address the critical issue of burnout among traditional health workers. This project will implement a multifaceted approach to self-care and burnout prevention, empowering healthcare workers with tools and resources to improve their well-being and resilience. The program will include personalized self-care assessments, evidence-based workshops on mindfulness and stress management, peer support groups, and access to mental health resources.
